  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Use pulsing action to process dressing and parsley in food processor just until parsley is coarsely chopped and mixture is blended. (Do not overprocess.)
  • Thread meat and onions alternately onto 8 skewers.
  • Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until meat is done. Serve with parsley mixture.


Prepare using your choice of one or more fresh herbs, such as basil, cilantro and/or parsley.


If using wooden skewers, soak them in water before using to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
