  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour 1/4 cup over meat in shallow dish. Stir. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
  • Meanwhile, pour enough boiling water over noodles to completely cover; stir. Let stand 2 to 3 min. or until softened; drain. Rinse noodles with cold water; toss with vegetables in large bowl.
  • Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Cook meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodle mixture topped with remaining dressing mixture.


Substitute 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) angel hair or vermicelli pasta, cooked as directed on package, for the softened rice noodles.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions and serve with a lime wedge for an authentic Asian twist.

How to Cut Snow Peas

For easier slicing, stack 4 snow peas then cut in half.
