All you need is five ingredients to make these simple kabobs. Lean pork tenderloin infuses with flavour during a quick 30 minute marinade, and is then added to skewers between crisp green peppers. Eat this kabob as is or combine all of the ingredients into the tortilla and eat it as a wrap.

  • Marinate meat in 1/4 cup dressing in a shallow dish in refrigerator 30 min., stirring occasionally. Drain; discard marinade.
  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Thread meat and peppers onto 16 small skewers.
  • Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, place tortillas on barbecue next to kabobs for last 3 minutes, flipping halfway. Toss mixed greens with remaining dressing; serve with kabobs.


Substitute 4-inch pita breads for the tortillas.


If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from scorching.
