Love this recipe! So easy and has a nice variety of tastes.

Wow what a nice taste combination! used pork strips, acorn squash and 2 tspns of gingerpowder(will use only 1tspn next time). Well worth trying it for something different!

This recipe was VERY unique. I cut up a pork loin into chunks and served it all over rice. The orange/ginger flavor was really good. Each bite was distinctly different, depending whether you had a squash, apple, pork or rice/sauce bite. I wouldn't make it for anyone who was iffy on "different" foods because they would for sure reject it. Me and my ten month old son loved it though! Very healthy too!
