Love! Make again for guests! Made half the recipe and full amount of sauce = perfect! Cook onions a bit longer than 5 minutes. I chopped up apple and mushroom instead of slicing. Didn't use liquor or juice.
Definetely an excellent recipe. I even made extra sause and froze it for later use.
