  • COMBINE first three ingredients to make sauce; add 2 Tbsp (25 mL) of sauce to large frypan. On medium-high heat, stir-fry pork until cooked through; remove from pan and set aside.
  • ADD remaining sauce and all vegetables to frypan. Stir-fry on medium-high heat 1 minute. Add pork and cook just until heated through. Serve over rice.

    I can only comment on the sauce - I made a chicken stir fry with none of these ingredients. But the sauce is fantastic! Side note, I used Unsalted Unsweetened peanut butter.
