  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add chopped vegetables, garlic and herbs; mix well. Cook 10 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add mushrooms; cook 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato paste; cook and stir 3 min. Add tomatoes; break up larger pieces with spoon.
  • Stir in tomato juice and milk; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion

Cook 3/4 lb. (340 g) spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Serve topped with prepared sauce and 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese.
