  • Bring large pan of water to boil for cooking the pasta.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add pancetta; sauté 5 min. Add mushrooms and shallots; sauté 3 min. Add arugula; mix lightly. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 4 to 6 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. While pasta sauce is simmering, add pasta to boiling water; cook just until tender.
  • Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture along with the shredded cheese; mix lightly. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Top with Parmesan and sage.

How to Cook the Gnocchi

For best results, you will need at least 4-1/2 L of water for every package of gnocchi you need to cook. The water should be at a full rolling boil before adding the pasta; cook 5 to 8 min. or to desired doneness.
