  • Heat dressing in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add potatoes, water and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 min. or until potatoes are tender. Blend soup in blender in batches until smooth.
  • Return to saucepan and add beans. Cook 3 to 5 min. until beans are crisp-tender. Add cheese and sausage, stirring to combine. Sprinkle with chives before serving.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
