  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix thyme, garlic and oil until blended; brush half onto dough. Top with 1 cup cheese and potatoes. Brush with remaining oil mixture.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown, topping with remaining cheese and olives after 10 min.


Substitute fresh basil for the thyme.


Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
