  • Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min. or just until tender. (Do not overcook.) Drain potatoes, then rinse with cold water until completely cooled. Drain potatoes again; cut into thin slices.
  • Prepare Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough; roll into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface. Transfer to 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray, stretching dough if necessary to fit into pan. Let stand 10 min. Meanwhile, heat oven to 450°F.
  • Spread pizza dough with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients. Place on bottom oven rack.
  • Bake 17 to 18 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
