Make It

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.

  • Mix meat, stuffing mix and water; press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (160°F).

  • Add cream cheese and garlic to potatoes; stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in parsley. Scoop over meatloaves. Serve with gravy.

    For more flavour, add 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Barbecue Sauce to meat mixture before pressing into muffin cups as directed.

What a quick way to have meatloaf!! My daughter hates cream cheese, so I didn't tell her it was in the potatoes...she ate it all up and went back for seconds! What they don't know don't hurt them...lol. Served it with steamed broccoli, it was a hit and now added to our menu planning.

Totally awesome and soooo easy to make. Didn't put cream cheese in the mashed potatoes because my son doesn't like it and it was all still really good. definitely will make it again.

Well this is a easy recipe.Everyone loved them so much they made me make it again the next day.Now about the potatoes on top. They family doesn`t want plain potatoes anymore. I have to make them just like the recipe in here. They LOVE them .

This is so easy to make. I've done it as just a regular meat loaf in a small baking pan as well and just done the potatoes on the side any way you like. My husband really likes this recipe and I gave it to a co-worker and her family liked it too.

Great recipe, this has taken Lasagnas place as my husbands favourite meal. We buy the Swiss Chalet gravy mix to top with and it is amazing!

Delicious, quick and easy to make. I thought it may be a bit dry, but it was not! It was moist and very flavourful. I didn't have any barbeque sauce so I added some spices (garlic & thyme) delicious.

I made this a couple of weeks ago for my kids, substituting lean ground chicken for the beef, and it was just as much a hit as everyone says the ground beef was. It's also one of the few times there was a fight the next day for leftovers :)

Awesome recipe! Made for a small dinner party first and then again for Grey Cup gathering- everybody loved them and asked for the recipe. The second time I made them I topped with a potato/turnip mash - so good! Definate keeper!

While I haven't yet made this particular recipe, I have had potatoes made like that (actually a scrummy yummy homemade perogy filling), and the meatloaf made like that (easy, fasst and a tried and true favourite with the flavours), and both are excellent. I look forward to trying this!

I am a huge fan of kraftcanada!!! This is the one recipe that i have ever made from kraft that i wont be making again. But try it out for yourseleves the same as i did. Lots of people do like this recipe.

I made roasted garlic mashed potatoes on top instead, and added corn to the meatloaves to make it a litte more like shepards pie. My family loved it.

My whole family loved this dish - husband, six year old and two year old. I used ground turkey breast in place of the beef and it was still incredibly moist. I also added the BBQ sauce and served it with gravy and cranberry sauce. A great fast fix for a weeknight dinner.

Very good. The mashed potatoes are definitely better using roasted garlic instead of regular and herb & garlic flavoured cream cheese instead of plain. Next time I am going to hide some vegetables in the meatloaf.

Another great recipe. I went with the suggestion to add 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce with the meat, and it kept it moist. I also didn't bother with the gravy, I just used BBQ sauce (thinned a little) and it was fabulous. I was able to get 12 out of the recipe and for the adults 2 was a great meal.

Being a batchelor I cheated and used instant garlic mashed potatoes and added a bit of chili powder. Absolutely awesome. Next time I'll add a few peas and/or mushrooms but it's definitely a keeper.

I used turkey instead, and used left over potatoes, adding the 95%ff cream cheese. after cooking, loosened loaves, topped with potatoes, sprinkled grated cheese and broiled until browned and melted. very good! will make again

I didn't have an 8 cup muffin pan, so I made 6 larger ones. It turned out fantastic. My son loved them. Will definitely make these again.

I know I will be makeing this again for sure. My husband is not a lover of meatloaf but he really enjoyed it made this way. I did change a couple of things like put the garlic in the potatos while they boil and used package gravy that was chicken flavor was just as good. Thank you Kraft. DP London On
