  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  • Bake 10 min; top with cheese; bake 5 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven; top with arugula and prosciutto; drizzle with glaze.


Try the same amount sliced spicy salami as a substitute for prosciutto.
