  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Mix ricotta, Parmesan, lemon zest and pepper until blended.
  • Grill naan 1 to 2 min. or until bottoms are lightly toasted; turn.
  • Spread naan with dressing; top with prosciutto, asparagus and dollops of ricotta mixture. Grill 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.

Serving Suggestion

Top with baby arugula leaves, then drizzle with your favourite Renée's Vinaigrette just before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using Renée's Caesar 1/2 Fat Dressing or Renée's Fat Free Caesar Dressing.

How to Blanch the Fresh Asparagus

Add asparagus to pan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until bright green in colour. Drain, then immediately plunge asparagus into bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When completely cool, drain asparagus and pat dry.
