  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add cream cheese and tarragon; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Cool.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Unroll pastry sheet onto lightly floured cutting board; cut into 12 rounds with 4-1/2-inch cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary. Press 1 pastry round into each of 12 muffin pan cups; prick bottoms with fork.
  • Spoon mushroom mixture into pastry shells; top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake 15 min. or until puff pastry is golden brown and cheese melted.


Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, place on baking sheet and reheat in 325ºF oven 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. (No need to thaw first.)
