  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place puff pastry on parchment-covered baking sheet. Use sharp knife to score lines, 1/2 inch from all sides of pastry sheet, to make border. Poke small holes inside borders with tines of fork.
  • Bake 13 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip, place in refrigerator till pastry is cooling; spread onto pastry.
  • Top with strawberry halves, cut sides down. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

How to Thaw the Frozen Puff Pastry

Refrigerate wrapped pastry sheet overnight in refrigerator to thaw. Or let the wrapped pastry sheet stand at room temperature 30 min. or until thawed before using as directed.
