  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices in large bowl.
  • Whisk all remaining ingredients except pumpkin and nuts in medium bowl until blended. Add pumpkin and nuts; mix well. Add to flour mixture; mix well.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 1 hour 5 min. to 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Substitute

Prepare using chopped pecans.

Variation

Omit the nuts.
