  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour until well blended. Stir in nuts. Reserve 3/4 cup flour mixture; press remaining onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix all remaining ingredients except Icing Sugar Glaze until blended.
  • Pour pumpkin batter over crust; sprinkle with reserved flour mixture. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until pumpkin mixture is set in centre. Cool completely.
  • Drizzle with Icing Sugar Glaze.


Substitute pecans for the walnuts.
