  • Crumble sausage into large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook until done, stirring frequently. Remove sausage from skillet; drain.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly onto bottom of skillet; top with sausage, Velveeta, tomatoes and onions.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro.
