This dinner was a huge hit. The pork is so tender this way. I made the potatoes using red potatoes,cheddar/mozza and cream cheese and kept the skins on. The whole meal was great.
i have tried this receipe a couple of times. I have used pork tenderlion and pork chops and it is great. Nice simple easy receipe. I did not make the potatoes though just the pork. i did dust the pork with flour,dry mustard,garlic and onion powder then fry them before i put them in the sauce. GREAT TASTING RECIPE!!!!
