  • Heat 3 Tbsp. dressing in ovenproof Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Add sausage; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently.
  • Mash 1/3 of the beans. Add to sausage mixture along with the whole beans and broth; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Heat broiler. Top cassoulet with combined bread crumbs, cheese and remaining dressing. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until golden brown.


Substitute your favourite sausage for the Italian sausage.


Prepare using navy beans.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
