  • SAUTÉ chicken in margarine over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.
  • POUR over combined dressing and sherry; add grapes. Heat through, turning chicken once. Serve over rice.
  • MICROWAVE directions: Arrange chicken breasts in a round shallow casserole with thickest parts toward outer edges. Omit margarine.
  • POUR combined dressing and sherry over chicken.
  • COOK covered at HIGH (100%) 6 or 7 minutes, turning chicken at half time. Test for doneness.
  • ADD grapes, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
