  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat 2 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 to 8 min. or until done. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add chicken and peanut sauce; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Serve over pasta.

Special Extra

For added colour and flavour, garnish with 2 Tbsp. each chopped fresh cilantro and peanuts before serving.
