  • Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until done.
  • Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.


Substitute frozen stir-fry vegetables for the broccoli.

    I accidentally added the water to this recipe before I measured out the rice, and of course I didn't have enough. But minus the slightly soupy result it tasted quite good.

    For spicier dish, use some hot dry pepper mix and add this to the rice and a few drops of Tobasco sauce.
