  • Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Reserve 1/4 cup cooking water.
  • Meanwhile heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; cook 2 to 3 min. or until onions are soft and mushrooms are tender.
  • Drain pasta; add pasta cooking water to mushroom mixture. Top pasta with mushroom mixture and cheese.


Try using button mushrooms instead of cremini mushrooms.

Special Extra

Top with chopped parsley.
