  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  • Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in tortilla pieces; top with cheese. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.

Special Extra

Top with your favourite Mexican-style toppings, such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and/or chopped avocados, just before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
