When prep takes only 5 minutes, you know you're on your way to a fast dinner!
Preheat oven at 350°F. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Stir in peas, soup, milk, garlic powder and thyme. Bring just to boil.
Spread meat mixture on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish. Top with rice; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with a green salad and Calorie-Wise Dressing.
For extra zip, stir 1/4 cup ketchup into the meat mixture.
