  • Cook spinach and 1 Tbsp. water in medium nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until spinach is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; pour over spinach. (Do not stir.) Cover; cook 5 min. or until centre is set.


The uncooked spinach will generously fill the skillet but will cook down quickly.

    It was fast and easy, however, it lacked it favour. I will not make this recipe again.

    Quick, easy and excellent! I also added some thinly sliced fresh mushrooms to the pan and simmered briefly before adding spinach. A great lunchtime meal! Thanks Kraft!
