  • Beat egg and water with fork until well blended. Add to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Transfer to bowl; cut into small pieces. Wipe skillet with paper towel.
  • Add dressing and meat to skillet; stir-fry on medium-high heat 2 min. Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min. Add carrots and onions; stir-fry 1 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in egg.
  • Top with nuts.


This is a great way to use leftover cooked rice. Just warm it in the microwave for 1 to 2 min. before using as directed.


Prepare using long-grain brown rice.

    Loved this. Easy and tasty. I would do the glazed tenderloin just so I could make this!

    I didn't like the taste or smell of the dressing by itself. But once everything was all mixed together, the flavour was really good. I may add celery next time.
