  • Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add meat and onions; cook 3 min. or until meat is no longer pink.
  • Add snap peas, carrots and peppers. Stir in water and dressing; bring to boil.
  • Break up noodles; add to vegetables. Add contents of flavour packet; stir to combine. Cover; cook 2 min. Remove from heat; let stand 2 min. or until noodles are softened.

Special Extra

Sprinkle 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds over the stir-fry before serving.

    I found the flavor was a little bland so I added a tablespoon of soy sauce and a few drops of sesems oil. This realy enhanced this dish. I also added a hand full of blanched bean sprouts.

    it was great! i would maybe add 2 packages of the noodles though just for bigger servings :)
