Serve with vanilla wafers and/or graham wafers instead of the fruit skewers.
Spread any leftover dip onto bottom of shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Freeze several hours or until firm. Transfer to freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator, then spoon into bowl just before serving. Top with additional sprinkles, if desired. Serve with your favourite cut-up fresh fruit.
