Store-bought noodles are the base for this delicious ramen recipe. With just a handful of ingredients, this recipe comes together in 10 minutes. We used beef ramen noodles but feel free to try any flavour you like!

  • Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add Noodles; stir. Cook 3 min. or until noodles are tender, adding contents of the Flavour Packet and spinach to pan for the last minute. Ladle into 2 bowls.
  • Slip cracked egg into soup in each bowl; spoon noodles over eggs. Let stand 1 min. or until egg whites are firm.
  • Top with Kraft Singles and onions.

Special Extra

For a bit of crunch, sprinkle each serving with 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed.

Substitute

Substitute sliced bok choy for the spinach.

Special Extra

For more flavour, add nori (dried seaweed) to the soup along with the Flavour Packet and spinach.
