  • Mix dressing, lime juice, honey and cumin until blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture; refrigerate. Pour remaining dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning after 2 hours.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Season steak with 1/2 tsp. black pepper.
  • Grill steak 7 to 8 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Transfer steak to cutting board. Let stand 10 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, including remaining black pepper, with the reserved dressing mixture.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve with the corn salsa.

Special Extra

Garnish with 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side spinach salad drizzled with your favourite Renée's Vinaigrette.

Easy Cleanup

Marinate the steak in a resealable plastic bag instead of in the glass dish. Discard bag after use.
