A great recipe for BBQ season, or anytime you feel like grilling - this satisfying main-dish salad, made extra special with grilled chicken and corn, requires minimal cleanup.

  • Mix 3 Tbsp. dressing, lemon juice, dill and pepper until blended. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Place corn on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with butter and ice. Fold foil to make packet. Grill 20 to 25 min. or until corn is tender. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, spray barbecue grate with cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove from barbecue.
  • Cut corn into 1-inch-thick slices, then slice chicken. Toss salad greens with cucumbers, tomatoes and remaining dressing; place on 4 salad plates. Top with corn and chicken.

Special Extra

For a touch of heat, mix remaining dressing with a few dashes hot pepper sauce before tossing with the salad greens, cucumbers and tomatoes as directed.

Note

The chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.
