  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and bananas in large bowl. Combine flour, sugar and baking soda. Add raspberries and chocolate; mix lightly. Add to Miracle Whip mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

Substitute

Prepare using 4 oz. (2/3 of 170-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate.
