  • Blend first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth; spoon into 6 frozen pop molds. Freeze 15 min.
  • Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth; spoon over raspberry layers in pop molds. Insert handles into centres of pops.
  • Freeze 3 hours or until firm.

How to Remove Frozen Pops from Molds

When ready to serve, hold bottom of each filled frozen pop mold under warm running water 15 sec. Press firmly onto bottom of mold to release pop.


If you don't have frozen pop molds, you can prepare this recipe using 6 (3-oz.) paper cups instead. Fill cups as directed, then insert wooden pop stick into centre of each filled cup. When ready to serve, dip cups in warm water 15 sec. Peel off cups. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.)
