Great on a hot day, very refreshing, big hit with family. Used gelato instead of sorbert, looked and tasted great.

This was easy to make and tasty. I used lo-cal pudding, topping, and skim milk. I took this out of the freezer 15 minutes before trying to serve it but the pudding mixture was so frozen that I could not cut through it. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and used a meat cleaver dipped in hot water to cut through it.

A great crowd pleasure- perfect summer dessert. Easy and delicious. I added crushed Oreo cookies on the pudding layer. Definitely would make again.
