  • Reserve 1/4 cup raspberries for later use; mash remaining raspberries.
  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in mashed raspberries and cold water until blended. Refrigerate 40 min. or until thickened.
  • Whisk yogurt and Cool Whip just until blended; spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Top with jelly mixture; swirl gently with knife.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Top with reserved raspberries just before serving.

Special Extra

Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint just before serving.


Prepare using 3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries and Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder.
