Enjoy this rich and indulgent tart on special occasions.
Substitute a frozen 9-inch pastry shell, prepared as directed on package, for the homemade crust.
Warm chocolate by microwaving it on MEDIUM for a few seconds or just until you can smudge it with your thumb. Hold the chocolate piece steadily, then draw a vegetable peeler slowly over the flat bottom of the chocolate piece, allowing a thin layer of chocolate to curl as it is peeled off the bottom to make delicate curls.

I have made this tart twice already and both my husband and 6 year old son LOVE it! It's my little boys FAVORITE dessert. It was a hit when I made it one night when we had company over for dinner. I'm making it again for Valentine's Day. Its definately a recipe I will continue to make many more years to come. It's so DELICIOUS!!
This was superb!! I saved time by buying a prepared pie shell. The combination of raspberries and white chocolate was amazing - very sweet but good. Small pieces and a little more raspberries is a good idea. Can't wait to make again with other fresh fruit!!!
A colourful addition to any meal but requires some planning in advance.
