These homemade beef burgers are easy and delicious, thanks to the addition of Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese. You can easily transform ground beef into savoury grilled burgers with our simple recipe.
Mix 1 lb. lean ground beef with 1/4 cup each Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing and Kraft Grated Parmesan; shape into 4 patties. Place on medium heat on barbecue. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until cooked through, turning once.
Toss a few cups shredded lettuce with 2 Tbsp. each dressing and Parmesan Cheese. Set aside.
Place burgers on split crusty Italian rolls; top with shredded lettuce mixture and tomato slices.
To reduce fat use extra-lean ground beef in your hamburgers.
Ground chicken or ground turkey can be substituted for ground beef in these burger food ideas.
I really like this recipe, i made it the other day, and my family loved it! But I have to say that it fall apart easy so the next time i made it I added about 15 soda crackers it have it stick together! other then that it was great!
The salad dressing added great flavour to the burger patties. Such a fabulous burger!
