  • Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and food colouring until well blended. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip balls in chocolate; place in single layer on parchment- or waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

How to Easily Dip Cookie Balls

To easily coat cookie balls with melted chocolate, add cookie balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Then, use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks and allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing balls on prepared baking sheet.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

    I made these and took them to work everyone loved them. If you think there is to much cream cheese cut back on it and use more cookie. Don't be turned off of them because there was to much, most people make adjustments to recipes to their liking.

    If I was making this recipe again, I would make them two to three days before the occasion I wanted to serve them at. They were alright, but nothing I would rave about. I also only used one box of melted squares; I think a box plus an extra square or two would've been lots for coating.
