Substitute your favourite prepared juice, such as raspberry, lemonade, grape or pink lemonade.
For easier slicing, pre-bake the crust at 350°F for 6 to 8 min. Cool; then fill with strawberry mixture.

I think I would make this recipe again, but not with the pretzel crust. It didn't hold together at all, completely crumbled apart as though the amount of butter wasn't correct. I also didn't care for the salty taste of the pretzels with the strawberries. The filling was tasty and I would use a graham cracker crumb crust next time. I left out the orange zest. Full amount of filling didn't all fit in my 9 1/2 inch spring form. Needs to sit in fridge for longer, as it was still hard after 15 minutes.
This was both refreshing and delicious! I made it with lemonade and orange zest, and on an Oreo cookie crumb crust with dark chocolate drizzled on top. Very fruity and tasty! It's mild and easy, but looks impressive for guests. I'd definitely make it again.
Great recipe. I changed a couple things to suit the family...Made traditional graham cracker base, omit the zest, cut down a little on the sugar, and instead of orange juice desolve 1 crystal light singles (pink lemonade) in 1 1/3 cup of water. Very Very good!!!
