I didn't have any problems with the dough, they were easy, looked good and were well received. Could use a tip about the red sugar however, how to make it or where to buy it? I got some red sprinkles, but they didn't go too far.
Easy recipe, but the dough was WAY too sticky to roll, even after being in the fridge for 30 minutes. Ended up rolling in balls and pressing flat. Made a nice, soft cookie, but kind of bland. Fairly unspectacular.
