  • Heat broiler.
  • Cut tops off tomatoes; discard. Scoop pulp from centres of tomatoes into medium bowl. Drain juice from pulp before mixing with the dressing.
  • Place tomatoes, cut sides up, on a large baking sheet. Fill with pulp mixture; top with bread crumbs.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until tomatoes are heated through and bread crumbs are golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped black olives before serving.


Omit 2 Tbsp. of the bread crumbs. Sprinkle stuffed tomatoes with 2 Tbsp. each dry bread crumbs and Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese before broiling as directed.
