  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine rhubarb and strawberries in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix dry jelly powder, ginger, orange zest and 1/2 cup sugar until blended; sprinkle over fruit.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and remaining sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto fruit mixture.
  • Bake 45 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Special Extra

Serve topped with thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping or vanilla ice cream.
