I made these this week. Excellent .
I made 6 rather than 8 meringues .The contrast of the sweet meringues and tart rhubarb was great .the puding was very thick due to less milk and just a 1/2 cup of cool whip.
My husband suggested to use sour cherries or raspberries the next time.
