  • Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add rice; cook and stir 2 min.
  • Stir in broth. Add bay leaf. Bring to boil; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 min. or until broth is completely absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat.
  • Let stand, covered, 5 min. Remove and discard bay leaf. Fluff rice with fork.

Substitute

For a vegetarian version, prepare using vegetable broth.

Special Extra

Stir in 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
