  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; season with pepper. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer to oven.
  • Bake 45 to 55 min. or until meat is done (155ºF). Meanwhile, process remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer meat to cutting board; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min.
  • Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Serve with sauce.

Special Extra

Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme before serving.
