  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 to 5 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer to plate; set aside.
  • Add shallots and water to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until shallots are softened. Return meat to skillet. Transfer to oven.
  • Bake 45 to 55 min. or until meat is done (155ºF), stirring shallots after 30 min.
  • Transfer meat to cutting board; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, place skillet on medium-high heat. Add broth and dressing. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with sauce.

Special Extra

Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme before serving.

Serve with a medley of steamed seasonal fresh vegetables, and roasted or mashed potatoes.
