  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Combine spices and brown sugar; rub on chicken. Add chicken, onions and garlic to roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Squeeze juice from lemon halves and combine with dressing; pour over chicken. Add lemon halves to pan.
  • Bake chicken 30 min. or until done (165ºF).

Special Extra

Garnish with sprigs of rosemary and thyme for extra flavour.
